JOB DESCRIPTION: 

We are looking for a FullStack Engineer who is not only technically strong but also genuinely passionate about the business problems they help solve.

• Work alongside international customers and colleagues from Europe.
• Take independent ownership of the conception and implementation of new features across complex application landscapes.
• Bring strong, hands-on expertise in both backend and frontend development, and contribute effectively to DevOps and testing as well.
• Create and maintain clear, high-quality technical documentation.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

General qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in international software projects.
• Degree in engineering or natural sciences (university or technical college).
• Experience in a higher-complexity business domain, with the ability to discuss the business context of your work in detail - not just the technical implementation.
• Active use of AI-assisted development practices - including AI for code generation and review, and familiarity with Spec-Driven Development, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)

Technical skills

We are looking for candidates with deep strength in at least one area of backend, frontend, DevOps, or testing, and ready to take on work across all four:

• Backend: Java or Kotlin, with Spring and other J2EE frameworks; solid experience with relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (e.g., Hibernate / JPA).
• Frontend: JavaScript and TypeScript, with hands-on experience in ReactJS and Redux.
• DevOps: Docker and modern CI/CD pipelines; exposure to Kubernetes is a plus.
• Testing: Comfortable writing unit and integration tests (e.g., JUnit, Jest), and treating tests as a first-class part of the work rather than an afterthought.

**Big plus if you have

• Experience communicating with and supporting customers directly.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous problems by proactively reaching out to the right people, inside and outside the team, to clarify requirements and drive toward a solution.
• A sense of the bigger picture with understanding how your work fits into the team's and other teams' goals, and flagging when things are moving off track.
